FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE OF USING CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATION PROCESS ; ЗАРУБІЖНИЙ І ВІТЧИЗНЯНИЙ ДОСВІД ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ХМАРНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ В ОСВІТНЬОМУ ПРОЦЕСІ
The article summarizes the foreign and domestic experience of the introduction of cloud technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions. Examples of using a cloud-based learning environment in countries such as Australia, Spain, China, Germany, Northern Ireland, Singapore, the United States, Japan, Czech Republic and others are provided.The peculiarities of their application by students and professors of higher educational institutions are revealed, the software products created by leading IT companies for the introduction of cloud technologies into the higher education system are reviewed, such as Microsoft for Education, Google Apps for Education, Amazon AWS Educate end KhanAcademy. It is stated that the Academy has expanded its capabilities and offered courses in astronomy, biology, economics, history, art history, cosmology, medicine, music, healthcare, programming and informatics, physics, chemistry. It has been determined that, due to this environment, online communication and learning are present in educational institutions, students can get homework and study material for repetition. It is noted that cloud technologies allow solving at a new level a new task to activate the independent work of students with the possibility to choose the individual direction and the pace of study of the educational material, presenting information in interactive and audio-visual form, organizing classes with students in virtual laboratories, providing communication with students, remote in time and territorially in the process of organizing research activities (on-line research defense, remote conferences).The main ideas of leading domestic and foreign scientists dealing with the use of cloud technologies in education are presented. Examples of specific types, methods and forms of educational and research activities using cloud services are given.The legislative framework on the feasibility and necessity of implementation of information and communication technologies based on cloud technologies in Ukraine is presented. Partnership in Learning Program as a result of a memorandum signed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Microsoft is considered. The contradictions and conditions of their overcoming in the organization of preparation of the future teachers for the use of cloud technologies in the process of education and upbringing of students are determined. ; У статті узагальнено зарубіжний і вітчизняний досвід упровадження хмарних технологій в освітній процес вищих навчальних закладів. Наведено приклади використання хмаро орієнтованого навчального середовища у таких країнах як: Австралія, Іспанія, Китай, Німеччина, Північна Ірландія, Сінгапур, США, Японія, Чехія та інші. Зроблено огляд програмних продуктів, створених провідними IT компаніями для впровадження хмарних технологій у систему вищої освіти, таких як Microsoft for Education, Google Apps for Education, Amazon AWS Educate та KhanAcademy. Представлені основні ідеї провідних вітчизняних і зарубіжних вчених, які займаються питанням використання хмарних технологій в освіті. Представлено законодавчу базу щодо доцільності і необхідності впровадження засобів інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на основі хмарних технологій в Україні.
